Duke Mansion & uptown Charlotte bridal session | Congrats to Kate and Jayson, who were married on July 4th! Kate followed in her mother and grandmother’s footsteps and was the third generation to say I do on July 4th. It was a wonderful wedding, and of course we loved all the red, white and blue details and colors throughout the wedding. We took Kate’s bridal portrait at The Duke Mansion, for more of a traditional style. For the second part of the session, we photographed her Uptown Charlotte, for a more contemporary backdrop. It was a good mix, and Kate was wonderful and easy to photograph. Check back for their red, white and blue wedding! Oh, and her shoes definitely had their own mini portrait session on the wedding day!
