Lake Lure | I know I keep mentioning and bragging on our wonderful clients, and I’m about to do it again. We loved Dawn and Chris from the moment we met them. At our first meeting, we got to know a little more about the two of them, and their life together. I just remember how excited Dawn was, about one year ago, when we were discussing their initial plans for their wedding. At that moment, I knew how special Dawn and Chris were, but didn’t know that after their wedding, we would all walk away with wonderful new friends. Wedding photography provides a unique opportunity into people’s lives, and the start of many friendships and we have been so thrilled to work with the two of them.
Earlier this year, in Winter, we took Dawn and Chris to the mountains for a wintery, snowy engagement session. They tied the knot this Fall at Lake Lure Inn. Despite the fact that it did rain on their day, and weren’t able to have the ceremony outside by the gazebo, they continued to enjoy their day, and focused on their excitement in each other and their loved ones; everything went so smoothly. They did a first look, which allowed for a good amount of time for bride and groom photos and provided a very special moment between the two of them, that they wouldn’t otherwise have been able to experience. We have been honored to capture these special moments in their lives, and are grateful for them as clients and friends.
